Over the next few months, Queer Dreams will host a series of book club sessions to discuss Joy James’ book “In Pursuit of Revolutionary Love”. What is Revolutionary Love, and how can we build it? We will kick off this series of book club sessions together in person very soon, during an exciting book club event at Bibliotheek Rotterdam 📖
Join us on Saturday September 21st, 2024, from 13:00-15:00 in Rotterdam at the Bordewijkzaal, where we will share snacks and dive into questions inspired by the first parts of Joy James’ In Pursuit of Revolutionary Love (Foreword, Preface, and Introduction).
We want the Queer Dreams Book Club series to be accessible, even for those who have not read the (full) book. So, you are more than welcome to join, even if you have not yet had the chance to read the Foreword, Preface, and Introduction. We will also have a few copies available to take home for anyone who hasn’t had a chance to get the book yet. 📚
We’re looking forward to reading and discussing together.
As Queer Dreams we want to create safer spaces for Queer Caribbeans of all genders and queer identities. In this space, we aim to celebrate the full and intersecting identities without having to hide any part of who they are ✨
